Fit 4 Life Farm provides a Women’s Boot Camp. This is a functional movement class for women of all backgrounds and abilities. This program is uniquely designed to help women meet their goals. Its group environment provides support and attention to ensure you are on the right track. It’s a home away from home where women can workout, socialize, and break fitness barriers!
Meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7pm
Action Takers is a class designed for ages 55+ that seeks to target the elements of strength, balance, and coordination; as well as provide community and accountability. Action Takers will allow you to enter your daily life with more excitement, energy, and power and will ultimately redefine what it means to age while embracing skills that foster independent living.
Meets Wednesdays and Fridays at 9am
Oly lifting: A class centered around the two main lifts, snatch and clean and jerk with a focus on proper form and technique.
Barbell Class: a class with special programming geared to enhance your Olympic lifting skills. This class offers expert coaching for athletes ranging from beginner to those seeking to be competitive.
Meets Mondays 7 pm, Wednesdays at 6pm,
and Saturdays at 10:30 am

Kid's CrossFit is fitness made fun for ages 5-13. We focus not only on proper techniques and movement, but also on fostering a socially supportive community and the skills necessary to develop a lifelong love of fitness.
Meets Tuesdays and Fridays at 4pm
We provide personal coaching in both fitness and nutrition. With online and in-person options designed specifically with you in mind, you will receive training and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
