1,200 meter Row/ Female 1,000 meter row
1,200 meter OCR course (5 to 7 obstacles)
50 Bar facing burpees

1,000 meter row female 800 meter row
1,200 meter OCR course (5-7 obstacles easier ones then RX)
30 bar facing burpees
