Fit 4 Life Farm firmly believes that a healthy lifestyle starts when we are young. We are battling a culture that promotes sedentary activities like television viewing and video game playing. It is imperative that we encourage our youth to get involved in physical fitness activities for future weight control, cardiovascular and pulmonary health, plus the many other long term health benefits. We offer several activities for the youth where they can have fun, build long lasting friendships and a lifetime of health and fitness.
