Women’s Fitness Only Program


S.W.E.A.T  is a women’s only core, strength, condition class that provides an ideal space to workout without the clanging and grunting of a coed class. S.W.E.A.T provides the perfect combination of fitness, nutrition, and energy for women of all shapes, sizes, and cultures. Designed by women, for women S.W.E.A.T is programmed to target women’s unique bodies to help reach your fitness goals. Female trainers in a group environment provide support and attention to ensure you are on the right track. S.W.E.A.T will be a home away from home where women can workout, socialize, and break fitness barriers!  S.W.E.A.T is the She Will Endure All Things program.

Classes will meet on Wednesday & Thursday 7 pm and Saturday 8 am starting on August 10th.  

All participants must be enrolled in our CrossFit Program.  By enrolling in this program all participants are eligible and encouraged to participate in our CrossFit.
