Getting started is as simple as can be. For new clients, we offer your first work out free. Once you decide that CrossFit is right for you, we will put you through our fundamentals program. Here, you will learn CrossFit’s basic fundamental movements while gaining knowledge of our philosophy and workout regimen. We emphasize client safety, building a community, nutrition and learning the CrossFit terminology. We explain the importance behind scaling, intensity and virtuosity. Once you’ve completed the fundamentals program, you will have the basic tools and understanding to lead you on your way to achieving optimal health and fitness.
