Team WOD: complete following workouts for time

workout 1 (RX 155/225)

Partner one does 4 dead lifts and holds bar while partner two completes 100 DU. If at any time partner 1 drops the bar partner two must stop DU. Repeat in reverse. (scale 300 singles)

workout 2

Partner one does farmers cary x 200 feet while partner 2 holds plank if at any time partner two stops plank partner one must stop walk. Repeat in reverse.

workout 3

Partner one must complete 15 HRP while partner 2 does two climb ropes. Repeat in reverse. (scale 10 wall climbs)

workout 4

Complete 80 facing sit up ball tosses.
